You can refine the data statistics to be included in the report by selecting the following specific items:
- Webchat services
- Columns
Under Aggregations in the Report Tool, you can specify the grouping for which statistics are collected and combined in the report. One of:
- By Node Type
Configurables in the Report Tool:
- Webchat service – Only statistics for chats to this webchat service are included in the report.
The following statistics are available.
| Statistic | Description |
| Node type | The node type. |
| Node name | The name of the node, as configured in Flow Editor. |
| Number of transits | The number of times that the node instance was executed for this webchat service. |
