- These define the different types of statistics that can be displayed on the wallboard.
- Note: Depending on the features and functionality that are licensed for your system, some of these widgets may not be available.
- Click the appropriate widget icon.
- (Queues and service numbers only.) Select the widget source from the dropdown list.
- Enter optional text for the widget’s label (up to 100 characters). This text is displayed in place of the default subtitle on the widget.
- Select the Group, Widget and (if available) Widget Type from the dropdown lists.
- Click Add
- The widget is created and the data is displayed on the wallboard. You can move the widget around the wallboard as required.
Filter wallboard statistics #
To filter wallboard statistics for the Company Summary or Live Status: Agents Overview widgets, click on the filter icon in the widget’s title bar and specify the filters to be applied.
Edit an existing widget #
- Click on the edit (pencil) icon in the widget’s title bar
- Reconfigure the parameters as appropriate
- Click Save Changes
- Note: The edit icon is not displayed if the wallboard is currently locked.
Copy a widget #
This is useful if you want to add a widget that is very similar to an existing one, but you want to make slight changes to it. For example, if you wanted to show the same widget for multiple different queues, you could simply copy the similar widget and then edit the queue or the widget type.
- Click on the copy icon in the widget’s title bar
- Note: The copy icon is not displayed if the wallboard is currently locked.
Delete a widget #
- Click the delete icon in the widget’s title bar
- Click the red trash icon to confirm you want to delete the widget
Save and lock the wallboard #
When all changes have been made you need to save and lock the wallboard. To do this click the unlocked padlock icon.
