Several announcements and music pieces can be organised in a playbook. Company administrators have the ability to create a playbook of audio files, defining whether they should play sequentially and/or loop at designated points. Additionally, administrators can specify interruptibility, such as allowing interruption by a keypress or when a call is answered.
Administrators can easily reconfigure an existing playbook, delete it from the system, or copy an existing playbook. Copying is particularly useful when they want to create a playbook similar to an existing one but with slight modifications.
