NHS England (NHSE) has asked Cloud-Based Telephony systems suppliers to report call handling data from GP systems call history. For GP practices that have consented to sharing this data with NHSE, linking their ODS code to their Contact Company will enable them to be automatically included in the report.
Set up automated reports to NHSE #
- Log into Horizon Contact as an Administrator
- Go to System > Organisation Configuration
- Select the Generic Configuration tab
- Click Add and enter the ODS code
- Make sure the ODS code has no spaces and all letters are capitalised
- For surgeries with more than 1 ODS code click the + button and enter the additional ODS code
- Tick the box Customer has consented to their data being shared with NHS England
- After all ODS codes have been added, click Save Changes
- Data for each preceding month will be provided to NHSE between the 1st and 5th of each month
Note: If a Contact Company has multiple ODS codes, the system will only generate a report if all configured ODS codes are present in NHS England’s monthly list. |
