Report Output #
Once run, the report can be downloaded either entirely or select rows only. The report will include the following information where applicable:

The name of the user who performed the action. |

Org level |
The organisation level at which the action was performed. |

Time |
The date and local time when the action was performed. |

Entity type |
The page on which the user made changes. |

Entity id |
A unique identifier for the entity. |

Entity name |
The name of the entity. For most entities, this is defined in the Name field on the configuration pages. For the User entity, this is defined in the Username field. |

Action |
The action that was selected as the filter option (create/update/delete/agent state). |

Field |
The name of the field that was modified. |
|
New value |
The new content or value of the modified field. If the action was Delete, this is blank. |
|
Previous value |
The previous content or value of the modified field. If the action was Create, this is blank. |

Operation id |
A unique identifier for the action. |
