Filtering the call queues for Company Summary widgets

You can filter the call queues for which statistics are displayed for the Company Summary widgets on a wallboard.

Administrators and supervisors must have the Wallboards: Modify privilege to create or modify a wallboard.

Filter the call queues for the Company Summary widgets: #

Step 1:
Click Data > Wallboards on the menu bar. A list of the wallboards that are already available for use is displayed.

Step 2:
Select (or add) the appropriate wallboard.

Step 3:
Click View/Edit Wallboard.

Step 4:
To unlock the wallboard (if you are editing an existing one), click:

Step 5:
To add (if required) a Company Summary widget:
a. Click:

Icons for the available widgets are shown.

b. Click the Company Summary widget icon:

c. Select the following from the dropdown options:
– For Group, select Calls Daily
– For Widget, select one of:

• Company Calls Today
• Average Talktime Today
• Inbound Calls Today
• Average Call Wait Time Today
• Unconnected Calls Today

d. Click Add.
The widget is created and the data is displayed on the wallboard. You can move the widget around the wallboard as required.

Step 6:
To filter on the call queues for which statistics that are displayed:
a. If required, click:

Icons for the available widgets are shown.

b. Click the Call Queue widget icon:

c. Select the following from the dropdown options:
– For Queue, select the specific call queue
– For Group, select Daily
– For Widget, select one of:

• Queue Average Wait Today
• Queue Average Talktime Today
• Queue Inbound Calls Today
• Queue Unconnected Calls Today

d. Click Add.
The widget is created for this specific call queue and the data is displayed on the wallboard. You can move the widget around the wallboard as required.

Step 7:
Repeat this step for each call queue that you want to filter on.

Step 8:
To save and lock the wallboard, click:

Note: If the queue that is set against the wallboard widget is deleted, the wallboard widget becomes unavailable and displays the text Restricted Widget. The wallboard is still viewable.
