Before administrators can create a SMS queue they need to have created at least one SMS template. The templates (also referred to as text blocks) are used by the agents to provide quick, consistent responses.

Configure an SMS Template #
SMS templates are configured in the Agent Assets > Text Blocks area of the platform. For written instructions on how to create a text block please refer to Configuring text blocks.
