You can refine the data statistics to be included in the report by selecting the following specific items:
- Service numbers
- Columns
Under Aggregations in the Report Tool, you can specify the grouping for which statistics are collected and combined in the report. One of:
- By Node

The following statistics are available.
| Statistic | Description |
| Node type | The node type. |
| Node name | The name of the node, as configured in Flow Editor. |
| Number of transits | The number of times that the node instance was executed for this service number. |
| Number of hangups | The number of times that callers hung up while in this node type. |
| Hangup rate | The percentage of callers who hung up while in this node type. |
