Importing or Exporting a routing flow

Administrators may want to import a routing flow that has been built externally in a JavaScript Object Notation (JSON) text file. The file will define the flow for a service and can then be imported for use within Contact.

Routing flows can also be exported as JSON files, which can then be modified using an appropriate text editor.

Import a routing flow #

1. Navigate to the relevant flow area:
   1. Call Handling → Call Flows
   2. Email → Email Flows
   3. Webchat → Webchat Flows
2. Click Import
3. Select the appropriate JSON file
4. The flow will be imported

Export a routing flow #

1. Navigate to the relevant flow area:
   1. Call Handling → Call Flows
   2. Email → Email Flows
   3. Webchat → Webchat Flows
2. Select the relevant flow
3. Click Export
4. The flow will be exported
