Administrators may want to import a routing flow that has been built externally in a JavaScript Object Notation (JSON) text file. The file will define the flow for a service and can then be imported for use within Contact.
Routing flows can also be exported as JSON files, which can then be modified using an appropriate text editor.
Import a routing flow #
- Navigate to the relevant flow area:
- Call Handling → Call Flows
- Email → Email Flows
- Webchat → Webchat Flows
- Click Import
- Select the appropriate JSON file
- The flow will be imported
Export a routing flow #
- Navigate to the relevant flow area:
- Call Handling → Call Flows
- Email → Email Flows
- Webchat → Webchat Flows
- Select the relevant flow
- Click Export
- The flow will be exported
