Company administrators can view how an agent is contacted when they log in (how they receive inbound calls and/or place outbound calls).
View agent contact details: #
- Click Staff > Users on the menu bar. A list of the user accounts that are already set up is displayed.
- Select the appropriate user account. The user details page is displayed.
- Click the Agent Contact tab.
- The agents contact details will be displayed
Definitions #
- Number: The default work number on which calls are received. This is usually a fixed PSTN number. This number is unique in the company.
- Work From Home Number: The phone number to which calls are redirected if the agent is working from home.
