The campaign progress section is where administrators and supervisors can view information on active campaigns.

View active campaigns #
- In the menu bar click Call Handling > Campaign Progress
- A list of campaigns that are currently active is displayed
Definitions #
- Calls In Campaign: The amount of numbers in the call campaign.
- Remaining Calls: The amount of numbers yet to be called.
- Calls In Progress: The number of calls currently in progress.
- Successful Calls: The number of calls that were successful.
- Failed Calls: The number of calls that failed.
- Rescheduled Calls: The number of calls that were rescheduled.
- Agents Assigned: The number of agents that are assigned to this campaign.
