Within Contact there are help icons that can be clicked to view information about features within the product. This is similar to the content on this Knowledge Base but there are some differences.
Administrators can define whether or not the online help for the Contact web interface is displayed to users.
Display or hide online help: #
- Click System > Themes on the menu bar and a list of the themes that are already set up is displayed
- The current default theme is denoted by an asterisk
- Select (or add) the appropriate theme
- Click the Help tab
- For Help Display:
- To show online help, clear the checkbox
- To hide online help, select (tick) the checkbox.
- Click Save Changes
