The Outbound Email Recipient Report looks at the emails that have been sent.

Report Customisation Options #

Customisation	Options
Columns	Each of the statistics listed below can be added or removed from the report by managing the columns to include.
Aggregations	The following aggregations can be used to cluster data together: By Email
Filters	The following filters can be applied to the report: Email Template Sending Email Agent

Report Output #

For each recipient email, the following statistics are available.

Statistic	Description
Template	The template used for the email.
Sending email	The email address from which the email message was sent.
Agent username	The name of the agent who sent the email.
Flow name	The name of the routing flow from which the email was sent.
Flow type	The type of routing flow from which the email message was sent.
Flow node name	The name of the node that triggered the email to be sent.
Date sent	The date on which the email was sent, in the format dd/mm/yyyy.
Time sent	The time when the email was sent, in the format hh:mm:ss.
Email subject	The subject of the email truncated to 150 characters and ending with “…”.
Message ID	The Universally Unique IDentifier (UUID) of the email.
