Administrators can manage the service numbers that have been allocated to them and make changes to the name and description as needed.
- Click Call Handling > Service Numbers on the menu bar
- Select the appropriate service number in the list
- If required, update the Name (up to 100 characters) of the service number
- If required, you can change the Description (up to 250 characters) for the service number
- Click Save Changes
