You can refine the data statistics to be included in the report by selecting the following specific items:
- Agent
Under Aggregations in the Report Tool, you can specify the grouping for which statistics are collected and combined in the report. One of:
- By SMS template
Configurables in the Report Tool: None.
Filters in the Report Tool:
- SMS Sent Via: All/Agent/Flow
- Agents/Flow Names
- SMS Templates
- SMS Sending Numbers
For each outbound-SMS template, the following statistics are available.

| Total Number Of Times Sent | The total number of SMS messages that were sent by routing flows and agents using this template. |
| <date> | The total number of SMS messages that were sent using this template on this date. |
