Company administrators can view and edit details for existing campaign numbers. When viewing a number the following information is available:
- Name: The name of the person to call (if known).
- Number: The number to call.
- Notes: Additional information on the campaign number that is displayed to agents.
- Call State: The current state of the campaign call.
- Reason for Last Error: The reason why the previous call attempt failed.
- Number of Retries: The number of call attempts that have been made to this number.
Add individual campaign numbers #
When adding numbers to campaigns you can either add individual numbers or import lists of campaign numbers. Follow the instructions below to add individual numbers:
- Click Call Handling > Campaigns on the menu bar
- Select the relevant campaign
- Click the Campaign Numbers tab
- Click Add number
- Enter the name (if known) and the number of the person to call
- Enter additional information in Notes if required
- Click Add
- The number will be added to the campaign

Edit number details #
- In the menu bar click Call Handling > Campaigns to see a list of campaigns
- Select the relevant campaign
- Select the Campaign Numbers tab
- Select the relevant number
- Update the details as required
- Click Save
- The number will be updated
Remove a number from the campaign #
- In the menu bar click Call Handling > Campaigns to see a list of campaigns
- Select the relevant campaign
- Select the Campaign Numbers tab
- Select the relevant number
- Click Delete
- Click Yes to confirm
- The number will be deleted and removed from the campaign
