Call Classifications Report

The Call Classifications Report presents information on how many times a call classification was selected.

Customisation	Options
Aggregations	The following aggregations can be used to cluster data together: By Call Classification
Advanced	The following advanced settings can be applied: Minimum call length (seconds): Only statistics for calls that lasted at least this number of seconds are included in the report
Filters	The following filters can be applied to the report: Service numbers: Inbound and callback calls only Queue: Select an individual or selection of queues

Statistic	Description
<call classification>	The total number of calls that received this classification.
Unclassified	The total number of calls that were not classified.
