Report Output #
For each recipient email, the following statistics are available.

The template used for the email. |
Sending email |
The email address from which the email message was sent. |
Agent username |
The name of the agent who sent the email. |
Flow name |
The name of the routing flow from which the email was sent. |
Flow type |
The type of routing flow from which the email message was sent. |
Flow node name |
The name of the node that triggered the email to be sent. |
Date sent |
The date on which the email was sent, in the format dd/mm/yyyy. |
Time sent |
The time when the email was sent, in the format hh:mm:ss. |
Email subject |
The subject of the email truncated to 150 characters and ending with “…”. |
Message ID |
The Universally Unique IDentifier (UUID) of the email. |
