Company administrators can export customer details that are held in CRM contact records as a Comma-Separated Value (CSV) text file.
Administrators must have the CRM: Modify and delete privilege to export CRM contact records.
To export customer details for CRM contact records:
Procedure #
- Click Customers > CRM on the menu bar.
A list of the contact records that are currently stored in the CRM is displayed. - Click Export.
All contact records in the CRM are exported. The details for each customer are the same as the details displayed on the Contact List page, with an additional column containing the CRM customer ID.
Note: Only customer details included in the CRM contact records are exported. Additional information, such as contact histories, notes, and recordings are not included.
