Administrators at all system-login levels (platform owner/reseller/company) can add time range rules for relative time ranges.
To define a rule for a relative time range:

Step 1:
To define rules to apply for this time range:
a. To specify that holiday lists are included in the time-range rules, tick the Use holiday lists in time range configuration checkbox and then select the holiday lists to include from the dropdown list.
b. Click:
c. Specify the Start and End times (in local time) to include in the time range rule.
d. Tick the checkbox(es) for the specific day(s) to include in the time range rule. The time range can span multiple days.
Note: At least one day must be selected.
e. To save this time range rule, click:
Each time period, day and date when the time-range rule that you have configured will be applied is displayed as a bar on the Define time range rules chart.
Note: You can define multiple rules for each time range, as long as the times in rules do not overlap.
Note:
- If the Use holiday lists in time range configuration checkbox is not ticked, holidays for the time periods set on each row of the Define time range rules chart are not included (are not matched in the rules)
- If the Use holiday lists in time range configuration checkbox is ticked and a holiday list(s) is specified, holidays for the time periods set on each row of the Define time range rules chart are included (are matched in the rules)
- If the Use holiday lists in time range configuration checkbox is ticked, but no holiday list(s) is specified, the time range rules apply to every day, except specific holiday dates.
