Changing user-configurable parameters for chat flows

Company administrators can view or change parameters that have been defined by the creator of the chat flow as user-configurable.

Even if the chat-flow creator has specified default values for these parameters, you can override these values to suit your own requirements. (The parameters are tied to the chat services that are associated with them rather than the chat flow.)

Administrators must have the Routing Flows: Modify privilege to change user-configurable parameters for chat flows.

To modify user-configurable parameters for a chat flow:

Procedure

1. Click Chat > Chat Services on the menu bar.
   A list of the chat services that are currently used by the company is displayed.
   
2. Select the appropriate chat service in the list.
3. Select the appropriate chat flow from the dropdown list.
   Any user-configurable parameters for this chat flow are displayed.
   
4. Modify the parameters as appropriate and click Save Changes.
