Importing or exporting an email flow

An administrator can create a JavaScript Object Notation (JSON) text file that defines the email flow for a service and then upload it to the system via the Contact web interface.

Email flows can also be exported as JSON files, which can then be modified using an appropriate text editor.

To import or export an email flow:

Procedure #

1. Click Email > Email Flows on the menu bar. A list of the email flows that are already available for use is displayed.
2. To export a copy of an email flow, select the appropriate email flow in the list and click Export.
   The email flow is downloaded as a JSON file, which you can then click on to open it in a text editor.
3. To import an email flow:
   • Click Import.
   • Specify and open the appropriate JSON file.
