For agent scripts, data is available for the following:

Agent | The first and last name of the agent who used the script. |
Call ID | The call identifier. |
CLI | The CLI of the originating call. |
Company | The company for which the agent works. |
Contact | The contact’s name. |
Creation Date | The date and time that the transcript was created. |
Queue | The queue in which the call or email was held. |
Agent Script | The name of the agent script that was used. |
Service Number | The indialled number for the service. |
Input fields | The transcript content. |
