Viewing agent contact details

Company administrators can view how an agent is contacted when they log in (how they receive inbound calls and/or place outbound calls).

View agent contact details:

  1. Click Staff > Users on the menu bar. A list of the user accounts that are already set up is displayed.
  2. Select the appropriate user account. The user details page is displayed.
  3. Click the Agent Contact tab.
  4. The agents contact details will be displayed

Definitions

  • Number: The default work number on which calls are received. This is usually a fixed PSTN number. This number is unique in the company.
  • Work From Home Number: The phone number to which calls are redirected if the agent is working from home.
