Customer-Related Tasks Summary
This online help is for the Customers part of the Administrator Portal interface, which allows you, a company administrator, to perform a number of tasks relating to customers.
Note: To manage CRM records, you must have the correct licence and Contact’s internal CRM database must be enabled for your company by your reseller.
