Step 1: Create a new call flow

This procedure describes how to create a new call flow.

Note: You must have the Call Flows: Modify privilege and access to the Flow Editor to create a call flow.

To create a new call flow:

Step 1:
Log in to the Contact Admin Portal using the appropriate username and password.

Step 2:
Click Call Handling > Call Flows on the menu bar. A list of the call flows that are already available for use is displayed.

Step 3:
Click Add.
The New Call Flow page is displayed.

Step 4:
(Mandatory.) Enter the name of the call flow (up to 100 characters). Any unicode characters are allowed, including whitespace and accented letters. For the purposes of this tutorial, enter the name Worked Example.

Step 5:
Enter a brief description of the call flow (up to 250 characters). Any unicode characters are allowed, including whitespace and accented letters.

Step 6:
Click Add.
Call flow has not been defined message is displayed on the call flow details page.

Step 7:
Click:

The Flow Editor opens with the name of your new call flow displayed on the call flow background.
