Setting the IVR PIN

Company administrators can specify the unique IVR PIN for a user account.

If there is no internet access, this agent can log into their account and set their status by IVR dialogue, using this PIN to authenticate their identity.

Administrators must have the Users: Modify privilege to set an IVR PIN.

Set an IVR PIN:

  1. Click Staff > Users on the menu bar. The user list is displayed, which shows the user accounts that are already set up.
  2. Select the appropriate user account in the list.The User page is displayed.
  3. For IVR PIN, specify the unique PIN (between 3 and 6 digits) for this user account.
  4. Click Save Changes.
