Email Editor Options page

This page allows company administrators with the Email Editor Options: Modify privilege to define which features are available to a company’s agents on their email text editor.

You can define:

  • Styles
  • Code Blocks
  • Lists
  • Scripts
  • Indents
  • Direction
  • Sizes
  • Headers
  • Colours
  • Font
  • Align
  • Clear Content
  • AttachmentsNote: If attachments are set and files that can be attached to emails have been defined (Agent Assets > Attachments), a paperclip icon is displayed to agents in their email text editor. If an agent clicks on this icon, a dropdown list of pre-defined files is displayed, which may be selected to attach to their response email.

    To enable an agent to attach ad-hoc files from their own PCs (such as an invoice or a contract) to emails, you must assign the Dynamic Email Attachments privilege to their user role (Staff > Roles > General).

The Restore Defaults button allows you to reset all the email editor options to the default settings. This resets all of the options, not just the options on a particular tab. By default, the following settings are enabled:

  • Styles: Bold, Italic, Underline, Strike
  • Lists: Ordered, Bullet
  • Indents: Indent -1, Indent +1
  • Headers: Header 1, Header 2, Header 3, Header 4, Header 5, Header 6, Normal
  • Colours: Colour
  • Font: Font
  • Align: Align
  • Attachments: Link, Image, Video

Note: The email channel is a licensable feature of the system.
