Call flow report

You can refine the data statistics to be included in the report by selecting the following specific items:

  • Service numbers
  • Columns

Under Aggregations in the Report Tool, you can specify the grouping for which statistics are collected and combined in the report. One of:

  • By Node

Configurables in the Report Tool:None.

Filters in the Report Tool: None

The following statistics are available.

StatisticDescription
Node typeThe node type.
Node nameThe name of the node, as configured in Flow Editor.
Number of transitsThe number of times that the node instance was executed for this service number.
Number of hangupsThe number of times that callers hung up while in this node type.
Hangup rateThe percentage of callers who hung up while in this node type.
