- We have added a fix where an agent’s browser froze while transferring a call to another queue.

- We have added a fix where inbound calls were being presented while the agent was on a call already.
Login
- We have added a fix where checking ‘Remember Device’ caused users to log in as ‘Unavailable’.
Mandatory classifications
- We have added a fix where mandatory classification was not being honoured when the agent is logged in to salesforce embedded CRM.
- We have added a fix where the previous call’s classifications were populated in the following Inbound/outbound call.
Outbound calls
