Fixes – October 2025
Calls
- We have fixed an issue when searching for another agent in the directory via their extension number, where their name would briefly appear and then disappear.
Call recording
- We have fixed an issue where callers were still being recorded after being sent to a survey.
- We have fixed an issue where occasionally, a consulted agent was still being recorded in the first agent’s recording when the first agent was speaking with the caller with the consulted agent on hold.
CRM
- We have fixed an issue where the telephone icons were not being shown as expected.
- We have fixed an issue when an agent picked up a call while handling an email, where occasionally the email handling time was including time spent on the call.
- We have fixed an issue when an agent clicked to create an outbound email, where the email was assigned to the agent but not made active automatically.
- We have fixed an issue when an agent was handling a call and started an ad-hoc email, where occasionally once they sent the email, the call controls were not showing afterwards.
- We have fixed an issue when an agent is handling an email, where if they were interrupted by a call, all other items parked in the inbox would have the contact name change to the contact name of the caller.
Translations
- We have fixed some incorrect translations for German and Spanish across settings and wallboards.
Wallboards
- We have fixed an issue where the Service Number weekly widget had too many options for some monitors so not all options could be selected.
Webchat
- We have fixed an issue where the webchat client was not working on certain websites.
