Fixes – May 2025
Callbacks
- We have fixed an issue where some agents were not able to see one or more of the classification codes in the list for Scheduled calls/callbacks.
- We have fixed an issue where opening an email attachment may have caused a phone call to end.
- We have fixed an issue where the email body was not rendering in the CRM for some users.
Call transfer
- We have fixed an issue where the agent consultation desktop notification had the original caller number, rather than the number of the consulting agent.
Reports
- We fixed an issue where some numbers in reports were missing decimal places.
Wallboards
- We have fixed an issue where the Current Status Length was occasionally showing minus figures.
Webchat
- We have fixed an issue where for some agents, sending attachments was not possible.
