Fixes
Calling
- Fix for an issue where internal call names were showing as the person receiving the call rather than making the call.
- Fix for an issue where consulted agents were able to return the consulting agent to the caller.
- Fix for an issue where the answer button would appear briefly before disappearing, so the agent was unable to answer the call.
Classification codes
- Fix for an issue where secondary classification codes were clearing the main classification code.
CRM
- Fix for an issue where umlauts were not appearing correctly in the CRM.
Reports
- Fix for an issue where Call Reports no longer had profile separation.
- Fix for an issue where Payment Reports were showing cancelled payments as final.
Tooltips
- We have removed the tooltips on the left-hand menu as they were blocking the option below.
Users & Roles
- Fix for an issue when creating a new agent, the agent is unable to become available and do anything.
- Fix for an issue whereby following upgrades customer created roles can have invalid permissions resulting in issues assigning and copying them.
Wallboards
- Fix for an issue where routing to an external destination would cause wallboards to show a call even after it had ended.
Webchat
- Fix for an issue where agents could not see emojis in webchat.
