Export call recordings through SFTP
We have added the ability for administrators to set up their own SFTP destination for call recordings. This is useful for if customers want functionality different to the Horizon call recording platform (TRCA).
Users will need a horizon call recording license in order to use this. For more information on how to set this up, please visit the administrator knowledge base.
Other Enhancements
Audio
- We have added a reconnect button when an agent is facing audio issues, allowing the agent to manually reconnect the webrtc call early.
Load time
- We have improved the performance of loading pages and stats when companies have a large amount of queues.
