SMS

Alpha Tag Role- moved to reseller only

Gamma is continually looking to ensure we protect our platforms from fraudulent activity. In consultation with our regulatory team, we have decided to change the role of “company admin” so that this user type can no longer configure SMS alpha tags (the name that will appear as the sender from an SMS sent from contact).

If a customer wishes to create new Alpha tags, they will simply need to contact their service provider and request this is done on their behalf. When an admin user uses SSO via the Gamma portal, this option is available.

Blending Sliders – UX improvements

A UX improvement has been made to flip the sliders on the blending screen so that dragging to the right is higher priority and to the left is lower priority.
