Enhancements – August 2025

CareConnect – version 1.1.3 

We have released a new version of CareConnect that will be available on the Academy Knowledge Base from the 18th of August. 

  • This has been updated to be compatible with the new cloud version of Contact. 
  • We have added an error message to let users know if they are not on the latest version of CareConnect. 

Other Enhancements 

Call controls 

  • We have added a delay after pressing the mute/hold button, so users will not be able to undo the action for a few seconds. This will reduce the risk of issues occurring with call handling. 

Email 

  • We have added the ability to set a default BBC recipient.

Call audio

  • We have improved the logging for call audio. This will make it easier to diagnose issues.
