Patch Release 1.50.12 

A patch release will be completed on the evening of the 6th of January. This will include the following fixes: 

  • An update to ensure that campaign dialler calls are not duplicated. This was affecting a small number of users. 
  • An update to ensure that outdials to agents taking calls on their Horizon device are not forwarded, for example to voicemail. 
  • An update to ensure that DTMF menus work correctly for calls forwarded from Inbound. There was an issue which affected a small number of use cases where the media stream moved between Inbound and Horizon Contact.
