Enhancements – October 2025
Call Quality
We have made a few improvements to managing call audio:
- Call quality indicator – this will show if agents are experiencing audio issues and let them know the call is trying to reconnect.
- WebRTC test – we have added a feature that allows agents to check their connection. This can be accessed by clicking on the agents name in the top right of the screen.

- Logging – we have added extra logging to detect if users have connection issues.
- Outbound calls – we have made some improvements to reconnecting outbound calls.
