June/July 2026 Release Notes (1.55)

Welcome to the June release of Horizon Contact. This release is due for the evening of June 29^th 2026. 

Enhancements

Fixes

Additional Patch Release (1.55.5 + 1.55.6)

This patch release is due for the evening of the 6th July, 2026, and will incorporate additional fixes. 

Admin portal 

• We have fixed an issue where the group escalation page of call queues was not displaying the data below Group 3. 

Reports 

• We have fixed an issue with the agent script report and survey report, where: 
• The start date was not showing the calendar so the date could not be changed. 
• The export and export PDF buttons were not showing. 
• We have fixed an issue where the callers report would not download via email or sFTP. 

Wallboards 

• We have fixed an issue where wallboards were not appearing correctly. 

This patch release is due for the evening of the 27th July, 2026, and will incorporate additional fixes. 

• We have fixed an issue where the ‘list view’ of wallboard widgets would only show one line in the list.
