Enhancements – February 2026
Deleting all CRM contacts
We have added the ability for users to delete all contacts in the CRM. This is useful if companies have a new list of contacts to upload and want to clear the existing list first. Administrators can select which user roles have the ability to complete this action.
Other enhancementsÂ
- We have updated our email password reset so one can only be requested every 5 minutes.
- We have altered colours in the top menu to make it easier for agents to tell if a button is clickable or not.
- We have updated some of the messaging to make it clearer when a call is connecting or when there is an error with the call.
