Microsoft Teams

Horizon Contact supports the use of Horizon with the MS Teams bolt-on; each user will require the Horizon Subscription and the MS Teams bolt-on. In addition, each Horizon Contact user will require the appropriate Horizon Contact Subscription.

When using MS Teams in this scenario, Horizon Contact users will be able to call Horizon users who are using Teams as a telephony end point and vice versa, Horizon users who are using Teams will be able to call Contact users. It is expected that Contact users will continue to use the WebRTC agent interface.
