Ringer Volume & Device Selection

In this release, we are adding in two more improvements to this area of the product. Agents will now be able to control the Volume of the ringtone, but also the device in which is plays out of. For example, the ringing may play out of the PC speaker, but the voice call is played Via the headset.

We have also uploaded a new ringtone that based on user feedback is more defined and easier to hear than the one that was previously added in the last release.
