Call Recording
- This release resolves an issue that allowed an Agent’s calls to be recorded even when this box was unticked in the Admin Portal – Users>Recording
- This release fixes a bug that allowed parts of a call to be recorded even when the Agent had placed a call on hold or muted themselves.

- Those using M365 mailboxes would sometimes find that this stopped working, which was because the OAuth token had expired and wasn’t being refreshed. This update fixes that behaviour.
Reporting
- This release fixes an issue that prevented changes to very large interaction flows from being recorded in the Audit Report
