Fixes
Calls
- Callback hangup – reports had been received that agents couldn’t hang up a callback call until the caller answered, a fix has been applied to that has now addressed this issue.
- Calls incorrectly being registered as unclassified – a change has been applied that fixes an issue where calls that are dropped in a queue or routed externally via a call flow were increasing the unclassified call counts, these calls will no longer add towards the unclassified count in classification code reporting and wallboard widgets.
Agent Portal
- Agent portal contacts – an issue was discovered when clicking on the help button on the agents contact page that redirected the user to an incorrect URL and led to a “404 Not Found” error, the URL has now been corrected.
Campaigns
- Campaign privileges – a fault was discovered with campaign privileges not being given to company administrators on generic by default. Now all company administrators will have the privilege enabled by default.
Reports
- Blank reports – an issue was identified where if a scheduled report was deleted it would still automatically send out blank reports to the locations configured.
Wallboards
Wrong data being displayed – a bug was discovered when viewing the “average time spent with agent this week” widget on a wallboard as it was incorrectly displaying times >50 years in some instances.
