- When an agent tried to make a call whilst on an email the calling dialogue pop-up box wasn’t displaying properly on some screen resolutions. This update resolves this issue

- The release fixes an issue that was preventing the Agent Capability, which is set in Users>Capabilities from being saved
Email Channel
- This release fixes a bug that prevented email attachments that contain a + in their title from being downloaded
Reports
- This release fixes an issue that prevented the Inbound Emails Report from being scheduled
- This release fixes a problem that resulted in webchats that were auto allocated from being counted in the Chat reports
Wallboards
- Certain Wallboard Widgets, e.g., Queued Calls Today were not showing the Queue Name in the Widget title bar. This has been fixed in this release.
Webchat
- This release allows an agent to pick a webchat off a queue. Previously, Auto Allocate needed to be enabled
