Agent Portal
- We have fixed an issue where in the Table View of Call Queues, the number of queues was limited to ten and could not be changed.
Calls
- We have fixed an issue where call controls were occasionally missing for agents.
- We have fixed an issue where calls were ringing while an agent was handling a webchat even when ‘Don’t allocate items from other channels when the agent has items’ was checked for webchat.
- We have fixed an issue where the audio file slider did not work as expected.
- We have fixed an issue when an agent consults another, where the calling number appeared as the original callers number.
- We fixed an issue where occasionally after a Simultaneous Ring call is answered, no other calls on the queue are presented to agents until that answered call clears.
Callbacks
- We have fixed an issue where callbacks were failing intermittently.
- We have fixed an issue when overwriting CallerInfo for callbacks, where user inputs their number via DTMF could cause stuck callbacks.
Call recording
- We have fixed an issue where occasionally when pausing call recording then putting a call on hold, once taking the call off hold, the call recording began again.
- We have fixed an issue where call recording may not have worked properly after a warm agent transfer.
- We have fixed an issue where emails were not following the ‘Maximum number of items allocated to an agent’ setting.
- We have added a fix where a contact name was appearing instead of the subject line in email queues and inbox.
