Calls
- We have fixed an issue when making an outbound call, where the screen wasn’t allowing agents to scroll correctly.
- We have fixed an issue where the ‘Poor call quality. Please reconnect’ message was appearing unnecessarily.
Configuration
- We have fixed an issue where agents were unable to unassign a group from a queue.
- We have fixed an issue where the admins could not save a scheduled update for a call flow with a survey, even though all the fields were filled out.
CRM
- We have fixed an issue where CRM contacts were not showing in alphabetical order.
- We have fixed an issue when an email becomes active in user inbox, where all the email ‘From’ addresses would temporarily update to the stored CRM contact name.
Help guide
- We have fixed an issue where some of the help guide links were not working.
Wallboards & reporting
- We have fixed an issue where scheduled survey reports were occasionally not sending.
- We have fixed an issue where offline reporting was not working for some users.
