Enhancements – April 2026
Call handling
We have:
- Updated the status toolbar in the top right to be more intuitive.
- Added the ability for users to answers calls from the desktop notification.
- Added clear labels to the Confirm Contacts buttons when on a call.
- Added clear labels to the Consult, Transfer and Conference buttons when on a call.
- Updated the form when creating a new contact to make this quicker to fill out.
Webchat
We have:
- Improved the webchat bubble styling to fit colour schemes better.
- Improved the webchat bubble styling to work better in dark mode.
Other enhancements
We have:
- Added the ability for supervisor functionality to be tied to call recording functions. If turned on in the organisation settings, supervisors will not be able to listen in, barge in, or whisper on calls where the caller has opted out of call recording. This is turned off by default.
- Updated voicemail emails so dates are in the local format, rather than US format.
