- We have fixed an issue where large emails would occasionally not load correctly.
Analytics
- We have fixed an issue where the agent status could be missing, and an agents time in state could be negative.
Calls
- We have fixed an issue when transferring a call, where a queue would not populate in the search box if an agent typed 3 or more letters of the queue name.
- We have fixed an issue where agents were experiencing some issues with their microphone connecting at the start of a call.
Call recording
- We have fixed an issue where ad hoc call recordings stopped before the end of the call didn’t get sent to the CRM if multiple destinations were configured (eg. SFTP).
