Enhancements – September 2026
Introduction
Welcome to the September release of Horizon Contact. This release is due for the evening of September 21st 2026.

Enhancements
We have:
- Added a new webchat report – the Webchat Classification Report. This can be found when creating a new repot, under the type ‘Webchat Reports’.
- Added additional email logging to help diagnose issues more quickly.
- Improved the searching of CRM contacts so this will be quicker.
- Lengthened the phone number field so users can see the whole number that has been typed in.
